Extremely Chocolaty Brownie with Salted Caramel.

If you are a chocolate lover, that idea of cake it's for you. This fuggy and delicious chocolate brownie recipe comes together with one bowl in just a few minutes! You’ll love the flavor and texture so be forewarned, it’s best to invite some friends or family over when you make a batch because portion control is quite difficult around them.
Ingredients:
250 g butter
300 g dark chocolate
250 g dark sugar muscovado
3 large eggs
140 g all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
Salted Caramel
125 g sugar
55 g butter
80 ml heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
Melt the butter in saucepan. Reduce heat and add chocolate. Melt chocolate by stirring all the time, so it doesn't burn. Once chocolate is melted leave on a side to cool down.
Preheat the oven to 160 C.
Mix eggs and sugar together in the bowl until they incorporate. Don't over mix it.
Slowly pour melted chocolate to the egg mixture. Stir all the time.
Add flour with a pinch of salt to your batter. Mix everything together until all ingredients combine.
Line cake form with baking paper.
Pour batter into your form.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Salted Caramel:
Put sugar into pan. Mix from time to time until sugar melts and become amber colour.
Add butter and mix all the time.
Once sugar and butter combine add heavy cream. Mix all the time. Add salt, mix it.
Your salted caramel is ready.
Once brownie is ready cool down a bit and pour salted caramel on the top of the cake.
You can decorate with rousted nuts.
