Perfect for family and friends, this lemon cake can be served with tea or coffee. Knowing that people do enjoy their cuppa, perfect balance in slice of this cake will bring your pleasure to the next level.
Refreshing taste, quick to make and fast to eat, that's how I would describe this delicious cake.

Ingredients:
5 eggs
250 g butter
2 lemons
1 tsp of vanilla extract
200 g of flour
110 g of potato flour
1 tsp of baking powder
250 g of sugar
For icing:
Icing sugar
Juice from half of the lemon
Method:
Melt butter and add zest and juice from 2 lemons. Mix together.
Put 5 eggs in the mixing bowl. Add sugar. Mix everything for 10 minutes on high speed with mixer.
Preheat oven to 170 degrees- top and bottom option.
Sieve flour and potato flour, add baking powder and mix together.
While mixing eggs add vanilla extract.
Spread butter around your cake form and sprinkle with breadcrumbs around it.
Lower speed of your mixer and gradually add flour.
Add melted butter with lemon juice.
Mix everything for a minute.
Pour ready batter in cake form.
Bake for 45 minutes on 170 degrees.
Cool down the cake.
Make icing for your cake by mixing icing sugar with lemon juice. Once you get desire consistency, thicker or thinner, pour over your cake.
You can decorate with dried cranberries.
This delicious lemon cake is very quick to make. It's gonna take you around 15 - 20 minutes to prepare everything and 45 minutes in oven. Most of the ingredients that are required you already have in your kitchen.
